How honest is "brutally honest"?
The system prompt explicitly tells the model to anchor scores against YC demo day caliber, not pad strengths, and not soften weaknesses. We’ve found Claude calibrates harder than ChatGPT for this kind of critique.
Will my deck be stored or used for training?
No. The PDF is held in memory for the duration of the request and discarded. We don’t persist it, log it, or feed it to any model trainer. Anthropic’s API has zero-retention enabled for our account.
How does it compare to a real investor?
It’s a useful first-pass triage — better than your friend’s feedback, worse than your top-of-mind investor’s. Use it to catch the obvious structural issues before you ship the deck to anyone whose time matters.
Can I roast a Google Slides or Keynote deck?
Export to PDF first. We don’t parse pptx / key directly because most decks include images / charts that only render properly in PDF.
